Which documents can I generate with this tool?

You can generate proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists and sales contracts for international shipments. All documents support your own logo, company details, buyer details, shipment information and line items with HS codes.

Can I use this for any country and any shipment?

Yes. The forms are designed to capture the key elements required on standard international documents (exporter, consignee, HS code, Incoterms, payment terms, ports, etc.). You can adapt the text fields and clauses to reflect the specific legal and regulatory requirements in your country.

How do I create a PDF?

After filling in your details, choose the document type and click the Print / Save as PDF button. Your browser print dialogue lets you select A4 and Save as PDF. The layout is optimised for A4 format.
